I don’t know about you, but I’m so excited that Fall has finally arrived! Don’t get me wrong, I love summer, but there’s something so exciting about Fall… crisp sweater weather (and for LA that means anything below 75º), picking out my little girl’s Halloween costume, looking forward to Thanksgiving stuffing and, of course, proof that Christmas (my absolute favorite holiday) is just around the corner.

So today, I decided to share 6 of my favorite things about Fall, and the reasons that I “fall” in love with this season every year ♥

If you have a slight shopping obsession (which i may or may not have), and you like pretty things (check), I highly suggest you download the One Kings Lane app onto your phone or iPad (or both like I did). Last night I got totally sucked in, mesmerized by all of the prettiness. Hours later I found myself giddy by all of the glorious finds, and a little sad that I couldn’t buy all of it.

My Family :: Our Wedding Day

As of today, my wonderful husband and I have been married for 3 years (together for 7)… my how time flies when you’re having fun. Sharing this journey called life with such a special man is nothing short of a blessing. Together we’ve turned a relationship into a family, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

To celebrate this wonderful day, I’m taking it back 3 years (and finally sharing pictures) of the day we said “I do” ♥

My Family :: Blueberry Picking in Michigan

I realized I haven’t posted about the fam in a while, so I decided to share some pics from our trip to Michigan. Every year we head to Eagle Lake in Paw Paw, Michigan to my family reunion. It’s a chance for all of us to escape city life for a bit and enjoy nature.

One of the things that Michigan is known for in the summer is its awesome crop of blueberries. I’m convinced they’re the tastiest around. So of course I had to take Keira blueberry picking while we were there. Here are some pics of us on Keira’s first official blueberry picking adventure.
